Every OLYTHÉA piece is made to order, in partner workshops in Europe and the United States. Nothing is produced in advance: your item is made especially for you, the moment you order it. Less waste, more meaning.

Production: 2 to 5 business days on average. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days — more than 50% leave within 3 days or less.
Delivery: add the standard transit time once your order has shipped.
Total: 5 to 12 business days from the moment you place your order.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow it all the way to your door.

Yes. We ship to France, the European Union, as well as Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Mexico. Costs and times are shown before you confirm your order.

Since every piece is made to order especially for you, we can't exchange it for sizing reasons, so it's best to check before you confirm.

Since every piece is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a sizing error. Ordered the wrong size? Write to us: we'll give you 20% off a new order in the right size. And if your item arrives faulty or not as described, we'll make it right: report it within 14 days with a few photos, with nothing to send back — we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
