Refund policy

Every OLYTHÉA piece is made to order, especially for you, once your purchase is confirmed.

Returns and exchanges. For this reason, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a sizing error. Please refer to the size guide shown on each product page; if in doubt, write to us at contact@olythea.shop before ordering.

Wrong size. If you ordered the wrong size, write to us — we'll give you 20% off a new order in the right size.

Faulty or non-conforming item. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, report it within 14 days of receipt at contact@olythea.shop, with supporting photos. No return is required: we'll offer you a replacement or a refund.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order goods. By placing an order, you accept that production begins as soon as payment is confirmed.

Legal guarantees. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
