Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose. These Terms of Sale govern sales made on olythea.shop between OLYTHÉA (Émilie Gayet, sole trader, 39 avenue de la Campagne Berger, 13009 Marseille) and any customer. Every order implies their full and unreserved acceptance.

Article 2 — Products. The items are clothing and accessories made to order, after your purchase is confirmed. Visuals are as faithful as possible; slight variations (shade, print rendering) cannot engage OLYTHÉA's liability.

Article 3 — Prices. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Any shipping costs are shown before payment. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders. An order is firm once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to you. OLYTHÉA reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 5 — Payment. Payment is made in full at the time of order, through a secure and encrypted solution. OLYTHÉA never has access to your full banking details.

Article 6 — Delivery. Production of 2 to 5 business days, then standard transit, for an estimated total of 5 to 12 business days. Free shipping in France from 2 t-shirts purchased. Shipping and delivery times are given as estimates and are not guaranteed. OLYTHÉA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, postal services or customs clearance, nor for any customs fees, which remain the customer's responsibility.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for made-to-order goods. Your orders are not eligible for the 14-day period; by ordering, you expressly waive this right.

Article 8 — Returns, defects and refunds. No returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a sizing error (see the size guide). In the event of a faulty or non-conforming item, report it within 14 days of receipt with photos to contact@olythea.shop: replacement or refund, with no physical return.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 — Personal data. The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Governing law and disputes. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
